Is there a cost involved?
For orders more than $30 delivery is free. Orders under $30 incur a small fee.
How does it work?
Start by registering or login, create a shopping list, select home delivery or Click & Collect, choose delivery date and time. Start shopping!
As easy as that, handpicked, hand packed and hand delivered by our caring team.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday except for Tuesday which is dedicated to our loyal customers in Peaceful Bay, otherwise click and collect is available Mondays and Wednesday to Saturday.
I’m travelling from Perth, will you deliver to my accommodation?
We deliver within the Denmark Township, Ocean Beach and the Mt Shadforth area. Beyond that, you may like to take advantage of our Click & Collect.
How far in advance does my order need to be placed?
You can order your groceries the day before you need them delivered.
Is there a minimum spend for delivery to my home or accommodation?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of $30. Click & Collect has no minimum spend.
Is there anything I can’t order through online shopping?
Unfortunately, due to regulations, you’re unable to add cigarettes to your home delivery order.
What should I expect after placing an order?
You will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order details including your selected delivery day and time slot, a list of the items ordered with pricing and your estimated total order value.
Once our team completes handpicking your order, your preferred payment method will be charged for the final amount of all the picked items, along with any adjustments for substitutions or products charged by weight. We’ll then let you know by email that your order is ready for collection or delivery.
A final invoice with an itemised receipt of everything you have been charged for will be emailed.
